Article 9. Mechanical Code
§9-901 MECHANICAL CODE: ADOPTED BY REFERENCE. To provide certain minimum standards, provisions, and requirements for the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of mechanical systems, the Uniform Mechanical Code, 2009 Edition, as published by the International Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, in book form, is hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all appendixes as though printed in full herein except that the following sections of which are hereby revised; Section 115.0. Delete in entirety 115.1 through 115.5. Permit fees shall be governed by the provisions set out in Chapter 3, Article 10 of the Falls City Municipal Code. Section 115.6. Delete: 115.6.1 through 115.6.3. Section 111.0.Penalties shall be per the Penalty Provisions of this Chapter of the Falls City Municipal Code. Section 108.4.Penalties shall be per the Penalty provisions of this Chapter of the Falls City Municipal Code. One (1) copy of the Uniform Mechanical Code, 2009 Edition, is on file at the office of Municipal Clerk and is available for public inspection at any reasonable time. §9-902 FUEL GAS CODE: ADOPTED BY REFERENCE. To provide certain minimum standards, provisions, and requirements for safe and stable design, construction, installation, methods of connection, and uses of materials in the installation of fuel gas piping, the International Fuel Gas Code, 2006 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc. in book form, is hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all appendixes as though printed in full herein except that the following sections of which are hereby revised: Section 101.1. Insert: City of Falls City, Section 106.5.2. Insert: Permit fees shall be governed by the provisions set out in Chapter 3, Article 10 of the Falls City Municipal Code. One (1) copy of the International Fuel Gas Code, 2006 Edition, is on file at the office of Municipal Clerk and is available for public inspection at any reasonable time.
