Contractor Procedures:

In addition to any required State of Nebraska Contractor licenses, Building/General, Plumbing and Electrical Contractors must obtain licenses required to perform work in the City of Falls City at City Hall between 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Contractor License: $25.00

Plumbers License: $25.00*

Electrical License: $25.00*

*In addition to State of Nebraska licensing requirements and a $2,000 Surety Bond with the City of Falls City listed.
