Article 3. Building Code
§9-301 BUILDING CODE: ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
To provide certain minimum standards, provisions, and requirements for safe and stable design, methods of construction, and uses of materials in buildings hereafter erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, relocated, and converted, the International Building Code, 2012 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc. in book form is hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all appendixes and supplements as though printed in full herein except that the following sections of which are hereby revised; Section 101.1. Insert: City of Falls City Section 1612.3 Insert: City of Falls City, May 1, 1990. Section 3412.2. Insert: 1950. Section 105.2 delete paragraph 1 through 6. One (1) copy of the International Building Code, 2012 Edition is on file at the office of Municipal Clerk and is available for public inspection at any reasonable time. (Ref. 18-132 RS Neb.) §9-302 RESIDENTIAL CODE: FOR ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS: ADOPTED BY REFERENCE. To provide certain minimum standards, provisions, and requirements for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, placement, addition to, use or maintenance of one-and two-family dwellings and townhouses not more than three stories in height, the International Residential Code for One and Two Family Dwellings, 2012 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc. in book form is hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all appendixes as though printed in full herein except that the following sections of which are hereby revised: Section R101.1.
