We are pleased to announce, the utility billing information for services due by February 15, 2024, has now been posted to accounts, and physical bills are in the process of being mailed. In light of the recent delay, we understand the importance of flexibility. Therefore, to accommodate our valued customers, we will be waiving any late payer penalties for this February billing cycle.
If you pay your utility bill in full by end of day on February 23, 2024, no penalties will be imposed, giving you an additional 8 days to ensure your payment is processed without any extra charges.
Please note that late notices will continue to be processed as usual.
