We wanted to inform you that the City Hall/Utility Office will be closed from January 17-19, 2024 for an essential upgrade in our utility billing system. This closure will enable our dedicated staff to efficiently process the next steps of utility billing conversion into our new software.
 

Why the Closure?

Due to staff job responsibilities, all administrative staff will be fully engaged in the conversion process and unable to attend customers in-person. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards enhancing our services for you.

We are thrilled to share this upgrade will bring about significant improvements. Starting with the February utility billing, you will notice a fresh look, generated from our new system.

Payment Options During Closure:

For those who wish to make payments during this period, please utilize the payment drop box located in front of City Hall. Your convenience is our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation during this transition.
