Community Volunteers

As much as we might sometimes forget it, a city doesn’t run itself. Falls City, Nebraska, is run by a variety of organizations run by the community - and attended by community members who volunteer their time.

Many of these organizations meet only a few times a year, yet make decisions and plans that affect the community. These organizations include the Health Board, Housing Board, Library Board, and much more. Others, like City Council and Board of Public Works, meet twice per month. If you care about your community, be sure to show them your support - or better yet, take a little time and volunteer.
