Falls City Aquatic Center


Opened August 9, 2006. Some of the features include a tube slide, flume slide, toddler turtle slide, lap pool, two diving boards, and a zero depth entry area.  The Aquatic Center also features a splash ground with dump buckets, water cannons, and ground fountains.


Daily Admissions

  • Youth (ages 3 and under): FREE
  • Youth (ages 4-18): $3.00
  • Adults (ages 19-15): $4.00
  • Seniors (ages 55+): $3.00
  • 10-Swim Punch Cards are available for purchase for $25.00
  • Twilight Swimming - 6:00-8:00pm - $2.00 admission OR 10-Swim Twilight Punch Card for $20.00

Season Passes

Registration for season passes open April 1st and can be found on this website by going back to “Parks” and clicking on “Recreation Passes”.  Paper forms are also available at City Hall. 

  • Individual Pass (ages 4-54): $70.00
  • Senior Pass (ages 55+): $50.00
  • Family Pass (up to 4 members): $150.00
    • Additional members can be added to a family pass for $25/ea
    • All family passes must include a member at least 21 years of age
    • All members on a pass must reside within the same household

Swimming Lessons

Registration for swimming lessons open April 1st and can be found on this website by going back to “Parks” and clicking on “Register for Leagues and Classes”. 

  • Group Lessons: $25 - Group Lessons are 2 week sessions that take place Monday-Thursday. Parent & Child, Preschool, Level 1, and Level 2 lessons are 35 minutes in duration for each class. Levels 3, 4, 5, and 6 are 45 minutes in duration. Fridays are reserved for makeup in the event that a class is cancelled due to poor weather. A free one-time admission pass to the Aquatic Center will be awarded for all participants upon completion.
     
  • Private Lessons: $75 - 1-on-1 private lessons are 1 week long and take place Monday-Friday. All classes are 45 minutes in duration. No makeup days will be provided for cancellations due to inclement weather.

Pool Rentals & Activities

  • Pool Parties - $200 for 100 attendees or less / $275 for more than 100 attendees. Indicated on the schedule below in green, Pool Parties are held on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:15-10:15pm. Book your party today by contacting Briar at b.burr@fallscityne.us with your rental request.
  • Water Aerobics - Classes are FREE with a paid admission or pool pass! Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
    •  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30pm & 6:30pm
    • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm

Facility Rules & Regulations

  • Patrons must treat all staff with respect and courtesy at all times. Disrespectful behavior such as splashing staff, distracting staff while they are performing their duties, or arguing when rules are enforced will not be tolerated. Staff are here to ensure safety and a positive experience for everyone.
  • Pool staff reserve the right to remove anyone from the facility for unsafe behavior or failure to follow rules.
  • The following items are not permitted: rafts or inner tubes, coolers, food, drinks, pets, and glass.
  • Children 9 years of age and under must be accompanied at all times by a chaperone (14 years of age or older).
  • Children in diapers must wear diaper covers. (Available for purchase at the admissions counter.)
  • Smoking and the use of other tobacco products are not allowed in the park.
  • Jugs or plastic bottles containing water are allowed.
  • No eating or drinking is allowed in the pool or near the pool edge.
  • Skateboards, roller skates, and bikes are not allowed inside the premises.
  • Radios without headphones are not permitted in the facility.
  • Animals are not permitted in the park, except those trained to assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Running, horseplay, pushing, or shoving is strictly prohibited.
  • Patrons are not allowed to hang on ropes, lane markers, or railings in the pool or along sidewalks.
  • Swimmers may not hang on the basketball rim or net.
  • Only U.S. Coast Guard–approved personal flotation devices are permitted. No "water wings." Life jackets may be rented at the front admissions desk.
  • Soft balls such as Nerf balls are permitted. Hard objects, such as tennis balls and frisbees, are not allowed.
  • Diving is not allowed in shallow water areas.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
  • All persons entering the pool must wear proper swim attire. Thongs and cutoff jeans are not allowed.
  • Clothing must allow free movement of arms and legs and be free from belts, buckles, and rivets.
  • Clothing material must be lightweight so as not to inhibit movement or weigh the swimmer down.
  • Clothing must not be loose enough to pose a risk of entanglement in pool equipment.
  • If it looks and functions as a swimsuit, we will consider it acceptable swimwear.
  • Persons with an obvious communicable disease, skin eruption, cut, sore or lesion, or eye, ear, nose, or throat infection will not be permitted in the pool.
  • Spitting, blowing the nose, or similar activities in the pool are not permitted.
  • Extensive breath-holding is not permitted.
  • Shower before entering the pool.
  • Do not enter the pool if you are experiencing diarrhea or have had diarrhea within the past 14 days.
  • Children using flotation devices must remain within arm’s reach of a responsible adult at all times.
  • Use of the pool during inclement weather, including lightning or thunder, is prohibited. The pool will be cleared and may remain closed for at least 30 minutes after the last observed lightning or thunder.
  • Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted in the pool area.
  • Cell phone use is discouraged in or near the water to avoid distraction and promote safety.
  • Trash must be disposed of into designated receptacles.
  • This facility shall not exceed the maximum patron load of 555 persons.
