Falls City Utilities will soon be conducting a telephone survey

Falls City Utilities will soon be conducting a telephone survey to assess the awareness and understanding of those who live along our gas pipeline concerning safety and the safe use of gas. We will be placing those calls starting January 10th, 2022, between the hours of 9:00am and 8:00pm. If you receive one of these calls, please answer the call and complete the survey so that Falls City Utilities can report back to the Federal Office of Pipeline Safety that our efforts to educate those who live along the pipeline about the safe use of gas have been successful.  Thank you.
