Code Enforcement Survey

This public survey is the first step in addressing housing issues in Falls City. Please use this form to let the Housing Study Committee know about code enforcement issues in your neighborhood. You can fill out as many forms as you like but we ask that you only include one address per form.

Please be patient as we are trying to address the entire housing needs in Falls City. Completion of this form may not provide immediate action at the property. This form is designed to collect data about possible code violations throughout Falls City so the Housing Study Committee can follow-up on enforcement of code violations.

This form is anonymous and the committee will not know who submitted each form. Information collected will be shared with city officials. The information will also be used in the creation of a formal plan by the city.
