City office and all city owned facilities will remain closed through May 15, 2020. This allows ample time for city staff to put into place safeguards for staff and the public. The City office will open on May 18, 2020 and will return to their regular hours of work from 7am to 5pm.

Online bill paying fees, late charges, disconnect fees will be waived through May 31, 2020.

Utility Customers who have outstanding utility bills need to submit a letter to the utility office stating reasons they have been unable to pay their bill due to COVID-19 and agree to a payment plan.

On May 28, 2020 disconnection of utilities will be ENFORCED due to nonpayment.

The Falls City Library and Art Center lobby will remain closed until further notice. The drive through will remain open.

Parks equipment, basketball and volleyball courts will remain closed until further notice.

At this time, the Aquatic Park and Splash Pad do not have a confirmed opening date. We are waiting on further guidance from the Governor through a Directed Health Measure. Discussions are ongoing to see how we can open these facilities with the social distancing rules that are currently in place.

Prichard Auditorium will be open for voting on May 12, 2020 from 8am to 8pm. Falls City Second Ward, Falls City Third Ward and Falls City Rural/Ohio precincts.
